Squirtgun and the Teen Idols played a pop punk revival at Reggie’s on a hot and humid night in late June. 88 Fingers Louie surprised the modest crowd with an unannounced and energetic set, which featured hits like “Past Mistakes” and “100 Proof”. It was their first show in nearly ten years and they did not disappoint, nor did new bassist John Contreras. Squirtgun was in top form as well, careening through song after hook-laden song. Highlights included “Another Sunny Afternoon”, “Field Trip” and “Social”. Click on the Media tab to view a photo gallery of the event. Also, new music reviews have been posted too!
